Cross Country blog:

Last week, a selection of Year 5 and 6 children had a very exciting end to the week as they found themselves standing at the start line of their first Cross Country event of the year, held at the Southampton Sports Centre. There was a mix of excitement and nervousness from all the children involved; the atmosphere buzzing with energy as they eagerly awaited for the whistle to blow. All together there were over 150 children, representing 15 schools from the Southampton area. The children all did incredibly well, pushing themselves to the limit in this very challenging event. It was wonderful to see their perseverance, determination and teamwork throughout. Thank you to all the parents who supported, I am sure you were all as proud as I was watching them.

Well done to...
