An opportunity has arisen for a grade 5 Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist at Holy Family Catholic Primary School.

The role of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is central to the school’s communication and administrative support team.


The role is a vital one in the administrative team supporting the Executive Headteacher, Head of School, staff and pupils. You will work as part of a team providing excellent customer service to all visitors and enquires to our school. You will need to be motivated and enjoy working within an environment that is constantly busy. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency in IT and excellent organisational skills. Experience of working in a similar environment is desirable but training will be provided.
