Last week Year 6 children undertook a challenge to create and advertise fruit cocktail drinks to sell to the rest of the school. The children had to work in teams to decide on a final recipe and then brand this with a catchy name that would encourage people to purchase their drink.

The week was a huge success, and the children raised £139! The Year 6 children voted, and it was decided that all money raised would be given to Mind, a mental health charity.
A big thank you to everyone who came to the smoothie shack and helped to raise this money, but most importantly a big thank you to the Year 6 children for their dedication, hard work and effort that was put into making this project such a great success.
